EvaluationsHub publishes this comparison, so treat it as an interested party’s account and check the links. Every claim about HICX is sourced to a page HICX publishes, with the date we read it. Where something is not public, we say so rather than guessing. Last reviewed 29 September 2026.
The short version
HICX and EvaluationsHub answer different questions. HICX is built to be the authoritative supplier record across a complicated system landscape. EvaluationsHub is built to run the supplier lifecycle itself: sourcing suppliers in, scoring them on a cadence, and closing the corrective actions that come out of it.
If no two of your systems agree on who a supplier is, that is HICX’s problem to solve. If you know exactly who your suppliers are and still cannot say which ones are improving, that is ours.
What HICX is
HICX is an enterprise supplier management platform, founded in 2004 and headquartered in London. Dafydd Llewellyn was announced as CEO in September 2025, with co-founder Costas Xyloyiannis moving to non-executive Chairman. The company raised $30 million in September 2022, led by Wavecrest Growth Partners. (About, CEO announcement, funding.)
HICX is direct about its centre of gravity. On its Supplier Information Management page it states: "HICX is only for supplier data. We’re a domain-expert supplier master data management provider focused on delivering real value to business users in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and beyond." (Source.)
It publishes five platform components: a Supplier Data Foundation for master data, Supplier Information Management, Supplier Process Orchestration, a Business Portal for internal teams, and a Supplier Portal as "one front door for all suppliers". (Source.)
Where HICX is the stronger choice
This section is honest, because the rest of the page is worth nothing otherwise.
One supplier record across many ERP and AP systems. Their best-evidenced claim, backed by named cases. AutoNation consolidated 13 regional ERPs plus PeopleSoft and 14 accounts payable systems into "a single source of truth, one point of data entry that feeds to all ERP systems". EDF Energy’s head of procurement directorate is quoted on de-duplication inside SAP being "probably the biggest challenge". Their integration page cites implementations "involving tens or even hundreds of ERP instances from multiple vendors". (AutoNation, EDF, integration.)
Very large supplier populations. HICX states its Supplier Portal supports "hundreds of thousands of suppliers per client" and moves data loads with "millions of data attributes" in minutes. (Source.)
Formal process modelling. Supplier Process Orchestration is described as no-code, built on "all standard BPMN features", with a template library so workflows can be edited "with no need for IT support". If your supplier processes must be modelled formally and signed off as diagrams, that is a real capability. (Source.)
Third-party validation wired into the record. HICX Origin connects supplier records to "40+ trusted data sources", with named data partners including Dun & Bradstreet, EcoVadis, OFAC, Melissa and Swift. Bank account and W-8/W-9 document validation were added in Q1 2026. (Partners, what’s new.)
Supplier performance management is a real HICX capability, not a gap. They publish a use case titled "Supplier performance scored on data, not gut feel", covering scorecards from a KPI library, weighted scoring across quality, delivery, cost and sustainability, automated scoring cycles, threshold alerts, corrective actions triggered on underperformance, and supplier-visible scorecards. Any comparison claiming HICX cannot do performance management is wrong. (Source.)
Analyst recognition. HICX is a named Sample Vendor for Supplier Information Management in the Gartner Hype Cycle for Procurement and Sourcing Solutions, 2026. Gartner’s own disclaimer is reproduced on their announcement: Gartner "does not endorse any company, vendor, product or service depicted in its publications". Inclusion as a Sample Vendor is not a ranking. (Source.)
What EvaluationsHub is
EvaluationsHub is a full supplier lifecycle management platform. Two integrated products cover the lifecycle end to end, sharing one supplier record, one permission model and one reporting layer rather than sitting next to each other and exchanging files.
InitiativesHub covers everything before the relationship exists: intake and needs capture, RFx across RFI, RFQ and RFP with bid comparison, qualification scoring and selection, awarding, contract with SLA and renewal alerts, and guided onboarding.
EvaluationsHub covers everything after it does: continuous risk scoring, CSRD-ready ESG evidence collection, weighted performance KPIs, corrective actions triggered automatically with owners and due dates, and quarterly business reviews. Eva AI cross-checks contract obligations against live performance data and flags drift against your acceptance thresholds, with human approval required before anything executes.
That is the whole lifecycle in one platform: intake, sourcing, award, onboarding, performance, risk, compliance, corrective action and review. Four design decisions matter in a comparison like this one.
The evaluation cadence is the product, not a reporting module. Scoring, reminders, escalation, CAPA recurrence and document collection are included in every deployment rather than sold as automation add-ons. Suppliers work inside the same two-way workspace, see their own scorecard, and close actions with you.
Multi-stakeholder scoring is native. Quality, operations, engineering and category management score the same supplier against weighted criteria, and the platform resolves that into one comparable result instead of one buyer’s opinion.
Standalone or layered, your choice. No ERP is required. Import your supplier list and run the full lifecycle, or layer it on SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or Coupa with bidirectional sync and no duplicate entry. You do not need a master data programme to finish before you can start measuring performance, and most teams run their first evaluation cycle in three to four weeks with their own suppliers and data.
European by default, enterprise-ready. ISO 27001 certified, hosted on AWS eu-west-3 in Paris, encrypted at rest and in transit, data does not leave Europe, DPA on request. Larger deployments run SSO and SAML with Okta, Azure AD or Google Workspace, SCIM provisioning, and multi-entity governance. Rated 4.9 out of 5 on G2, across 350+ procurement teams.

AWS eu-west-3 Paris, ISO 27001, data stays in Europe, DPA on request
EvaluationsHub if EU residency is a requirement. HICX if single tenancy is
Structured ESG collection running continuously, audit-ready rather than assembled before an audit
Both, and both are credible
Choose HICX if
You run many ERP or accounts payable instances and no two agree on who a supplier is.
Your supplier base runs to the hundreds of thousands, or data volumes to millions of attributes.
Duplicated supplier master data is what is costing you money, ahead of performance measurement.
You need one governed supplier front door with single sign-on, replacing several supplier logins.
Supplier processes must be modelled formally in BPMN and signed off as diagrams.
Single-tenant deployment is a hard requirement from procurement or IT.
You want sanctions screening, sustainability ratings and bank validation supplied by the vendor.
Choose EvaluationsHub if
You want one platform from intake and RFx through to the scorecard and the closed corrective action, rather than a sourcing tool and a performance tool that do not share a record.
The review loop is the point: recurrence, reminders, escalation and corrective actions that actually close, with the supplier working the plan in the same place you are.
Several functions need to score the same supplier and you want one comparable result rather than one buyer’s opinion.
You are chasing value leakage and contract drift, and want obligations checked against what suppliers actually delivered.
You want a cycle live in weeks on your own suppliers, without waiting for a master data programme or an ERP integration to finish first.
CSRD evidence has to be collected continuously rather than assembled in a panic before an audit.
EU data residency matters, and ISO 27001 plus AWS Paris answers your security review.
What we cannot tell you
How HICX prices. They publish nothing on it, so you will have to ask them.
How long a HICX implementation takes in general. No standard timeline is published. The two public figures are customer datapoints for global multi-ERP programmes, which tell you about those programmes rather than yours.
Which ERPs HICX has pre-built connectors for. They claim connectors for all major ERP, procurement and supply chain software but publish no named list. SAP and PeopleSoft appear in their case studies. Ask for the list.
Whether HICX appears in any Forrester Wave. Those reports are paywalled and we could not verify either way, so we make no claim.
How their software feels in practice. We have read their documentation. We have not run it, and we will not characterise software we have not used.
Where that leaves you
If consolidating the supplier record is the project, HICX is a serious, long-established answer and we would rather you heard that from us than discovered it after buying the wrong thing.
If the record is fine and the problem is that nobody is scored on a cadence, nothing gets escalated, and last quarter’s corrective actions are still open, that is the lifecycle we run, and you can be inside a real cycle within a month.

EvaluationsHub publishes this comparison, so treat it as an interested party’s account and check the links. Every claim about Ivalua is sourced to a page Ivalua publishes, with the date we read it. Where something is not public, we say so rather than guessing. Last reviewed 29 September 2026.
The short version
Ivalua is a source-to-pay suite. That means it carries the transactional half of procurement, requisitions, invoices and payments, alongside sourcing, contracts and supplier management. EvaluationsHub does not do invoices or payments, and does not try to.
So the real question is not which is bigger. It is whether you are replacing your transactional procurement stack, or whether that part is settled and what you actually need is the supplier lifecycle run properly on top of it.
What Ivalua is
Ivalua describes itself in its current press boilerplate as "the only truly unified, enterprise AI platform for managing spend and suppliers", adding that it is "trusted by over 500 of the world’s most admired brands". That superlative is Ivalua’s own assertion about itself, and we repeat it as their claim rather than as fact. (Source.)
Their homepage positions them as "The Enterprise AI Platform for Procurement", offering "complete spend & supplier management on a unified source-to-pay platform". The category they claim is source-to-pay, divided into source-to-contract and procure-to-pay, plus direct materials procurement. (Source.)
Their About page states "20+ Years of Procurement Innovation". David Khuat-Duy is founder and Chief AI Officer, and Franck Lheureux is CEO. Press release datelines show both Redwood City, California and Paris. (About, Leadership.)
Where Ivalua is the stronger choice
This section is honest, because the rest of the page is worth nothing otherwise.
Transactional procurement, which we do not do at all. Requisitions, purchase orders, invoice management and payments sit inside Ivalua. If your project is to replace or unify that layer, we are not a candidate and they are.
Supplier management is substantial and current, not a bolt-on. Their Supplier Management page publishes AI-enabled supplier scorecards and KPIs, real-time performance insights shared with suppliers, structured issue capture with categorisation, ownership assignment and verified follow-up actions, and supplier collaboration plans that link corrective actions and improvement plans to measurable outcomes. Their Open Ecosystem page states suppliers get a view of "performance evaluations" in the portal. Anyone telling you Ivalua cannot do supplier performance has not read their site. (Supplier Management, Open Ecosystem.)
Analyst recognition in both the suite and the supplier category. Ivalua was named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Source-to-Pay Suites, published 21 January 2026, and a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Supplier Value Management Platforms, Q3 2024. Holding both a suite placement and a supplier-specific placement is unusually broad coverage, and the Forrester one is directly on the ground this page is about. ERP integration breadth, with names. Their ERP integration page names Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle, QAD, Sage, SAP, SAP R/3 ECC and SAP S/4HANA, and states 60 unique systems integrated to. That is a published list rather than a generic claim, and it matters in a security and architecture review. (ERP integration.)
Suppliers are never charged. Their suppliers page states "No fees. No minimum volume. No worries." Against network-fee models that bill your suppliers, that is a real and citable position, and one we share. (Suppliers.)
Direct materials and complex categories are published as first-class scope rather than indirect-only, alongside spend analytics. (Solutions.)

Choose Ivalua if
You are replacing or unifying transactional procurement, including requisitions, invoices and payments.
You need spend analytics across the whole estate, not just spend against managed suppliers.
Direct materials and complex category sourcing are central to what you buy.
A Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave placement is a scored line item in your evaluation.
Your estate runs an ERP outside the common four and you need a named integration precedent.
You want a large system integrator such as Deloitte to own the programme.
Choose EvaluationsHub if
Your transactional stack is settled, and what is missing is the supplier lifecycle run properly on top of it.
You want intake, RFx, qualification, awarding, onboarding, performance, risk and corrective action in one platform sharing one supplier record.
The review cadence matters as a product capability rather than as a best practice you implement yourself.
Several functions need to score the same supplier and you want one comparable result.
You are chasing value leakage and contract drift, and want obligations checked against delivered performance as a built capability.
You want to be running a real cycle in weeks, configured by your own team, without a system integrator.
EU data residency has to be explicit and nameable in a security review.
What we cannot tell you
How Ivalua prices. No pricing page exists and no figures are published. Do not trust the third-party aggregator estimates that appear in search results; ask Ivalua.
How long a full Ivalua source-to-pay implementation takes. The published timeframes are for a packaged procure-to-pay offering and for specific customers. A general figure is not published, and extrapolating from the P2P package to the full suite would be wrong.
Their founding year, headcount or revenue. None is published. Their About page says 20+ years and their leadership page says the founder started it 25 years ago, which is why we give no date.
How their scorecard weighting actually works. It is not published as product documentation. Ask for a demo of it specifically.
How their software feels in practice. We have read their documentation. We have not run it, and we will not characterise software we have not used.
Where that leaves you
If you are buying source-to-pay, Ivalua is a serious, analyst-recognised suite and this is not a close contest. Buy the suite.
If your ERP and your P2P are settled, and the gap is that nobody is scored on a cadence, that corrective actions do not close, and that sourcing and performance do not share a supplier record, that is the lifecycle we run end to end.
Avetta vs. EvaluationsHub: From Box-Ticking to Real Supplier Improvement
If your business depends on third parties—suppliers, contractors, vendors—you’ve likely heard of Avetta. Known for managing supplier pre-qualification and compliance in high-risk industries like construction and energy, Avetta helps companies enforce safety and regulatory standards.
But if you need to go beyond compliance and actually evaluate supplier performance, gather structured internal feedback, and drive ongoing improvement, you’ll find that Avetta’s system isn’t built for that.
That’s where EvaluationsHub enters the picture.
While Avetta keeps you compliant, EvaluationsHub helps you continuously improve supplier performance, engagement, and accountability.
Let’s explore the difference.
What Avetta Does Well
Avetta’s platform focuses on qualifying vendors before work begins. It’s designed to:
Verify insurance, safety records, certifications, and financial standing
Provide risk ratings based on documentation
Act as a clearinghouse for contractor onboarding
This makes it suitable for industries like construction, oil & gas, and utilities—especially where regulatory or safety standards must be met before a supplier sets foot on-site.
But after the vendor is approved, Avetta doesn’t give you much for ongoing performance evaluations. There’s no structured way to collect input from procurement, sustainability, or operations. No automated scorecards. No CX or onboarding feedback loops. Just a profile—and a lot of PDFs.
EvaluationsHub: Built for Ongoing Supplier (and Customer) Evaluation
EvaluationsHub goes beyond qualification. It gives you a fast, flexible way to:
Launch recurring or one-time evaluations with scoring logic
Push templates to internal teams, suppliers, or even customers
Aggregate results in dashboards and scorecards automatically
Trigger follow-ups and assign accountability
Offer a seamless branded portal experience for each stakeholder
From ESG audits to supplier scorecards to post-project evaluations, EvaluationsHub turns fragmented feedback into a structured system that creates measurable outcomes.

The Real Difference? Compliance vs. Continuous Improvement
Avetta is built to keep you safe and compliant—before the relationship begins. EvaluationsHub is designed to help you improve that relationship over time.
Most organizations today need both:
Qualification to mitigate risk
Evaluation to improve performance
But while Avetta ends at onboarding, EvaluationsHub gives you the ongoing insight and structure you need to evaluate, act, and improve—again and again.
Final Word
If you’re only looking to check boxes for safety and documentation, Avetta is likely the right tool. But if you want to go further—to create real visibility into supplier performance, build accountability, and collect structured input across teams—EvaluationsHub delivers where Avetta doesn’t.
It’s not about replacing what you have. It’s about making it work smarter.

Skip the sandbox. We’ll set up a real, free managed account so you can launch a complete evaluation with suppliers or internal teams—and see the results immediately.
Aravo vs. EvaluationsHub: Who Wins on Supplier Evaluations, Speed, and Accountability?
In highly regulated industries, Aravo is a well-known name. It provides governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) software designed to help enterprises manage third-party risk. But when procurement teams, quality managers, or sustainability leaders want to run evaluations, automate scorecards, and create accountability—Aravo often becomes too heavy, too slow, and too complex.
That’s where EvaluationsHub comes in.
EvaluationsHub is purpose-built to run supplier and customer evaluations at scale, across multiple departments and use cases—without the implementation burden or price tag of legacy GRC platforms.
If your team is stuck between spreadsheets, compliance checklists, and overly complex software, this comparison is for you.
Aravo: Powerful, but Process-Heavy
Aravo excels at enterprise-level compliance workflows. It offers powerful GRC functionality for regulated industries like financial services, pharma, and defense. But many users describe the platform as slow to configure, difficult to maintain, and dependent on consultants for changes.
For companies that simply want to:
Roll out ESG or risk assessments
Automate supplier scorecards
Collect post-onboarding feedback
Track supplier or customer actions
…it’s too much tool for too little agility.
EvaluationsHub: Focused, Fast, and Feedback-Driven
EvaluationsHub strips away the complexity. It focuses entirely on what modern supplier and customer-facing teams need most: structured evaluations, smart automation, and fast deployment.
From supplier risk scorecards to post-project customer reviews, EvaluationsHub helps you:
Push templates to any stakeholder (internal or external)
Collect and score feedback automatically
Track next steps with full accountability
Close the loop — and prove it
You don’t need to build a GRC program. You just need a platform that makes evaluations work.
Modular, affordable, includes 1 free managed account
Why EvaluationsHub Is the Smarter Fit for Agile Teams
Aravo makes sense for highly regulated companies with full-scale risk teams and long timelines. But if you’re a procurement leader, CX lead, or sustainability manager who needs to run evaluations quickly, gather structured input from multiple parties, and track what happens next, then Aravo is probably overkill.
EvaluationsHub gives you:
A flexible evaluation engine
Supplier and customer portals
A system that holds stakeholders accountable
Reports and scorecards without the spreadsheet chaos
All with minimal training and no need for a systems integrator.
Final Verdict
Aravo helps large enterprises check boxes. EvaluationsHub helps modern teams drive outcomes.
If you want to move from compliance fatigue to continuous performance improvement, EvaluationsHub is the faster, leaner, and smarter path forward.

No sandbox. No sales calls. Just one fully managed free account to show how it works in your live workflow.
In today’s rapidly evolving procurement landscape, companies demand more than just a supplier database—they need actionable insights, automated workflows, and real accountability. Two platforms often compared in this space are TealBook and EvaluationsHub. While both aim to support smarter supplier decisions, they take very different approaches.
If you’re looking for a platform that doesn’t just collect supplier data but actively manages evaluations, automates scorecards, and closes the feedback loop, EvaluationsHub may be the better fit. Let’s break down why.
TealBook: A Data Platform with Limits
TealBook is best known for its AI-driven supplier discovery and enrichment platform. It aggregates supplier data from various sources, cleans it, and makes it searchable, allowing procurement teams to discover new suppliers or validate existing ones. For vendor master enrichment, it’s a powerful engine.
But here’s the catch: TealBook stops at the data layer. It doesn’t run supplier evaluations, manage projects, or integrate dynamic feedback loops from internal or external stakeholders. It’s a static snapshot in a world that demands real-time, continuous improvement.
EvaluationsHub: Purpose-Built for Procurement Impact
EvaluationsHub goes further—it operationalizes supplier evaluations across your ecosystem, helping procurement teams not just track supplier performance, but improve it. Whether you want to run sustainability assessments, risk audits, or quality evaluations, EvaluationsHub allows you to push templates to suppliers, collect feedback automatically, and hold stakeholders accountable through closed-loop processes.
It isn’t just about data; it’s about delivering outcomes—faster decisions, better supplier performance, and measurable compliance.

If your main challenge is simply finding suppliers, TealBook is a solid choice. But if your real bottleneck is managing supplier performance, driving ESG or quality compliance, and automating scorecards across departments, EvaluationsHub gives you the tools to act—not just observe.
With EvaluationsHub, you can:
Push a standardized sustainability evaluation to 100+ suppliers in minutes
Let internal teams rate vendor performance quarterly without reminders
Provide customers with a branded portal to run co-developed initiatives
Create a traceable audit trail to support ISO certification
And much more—all without needing a separate BI team or manual follow-ups
The Verdict
TealBook gives you data. EvaluationsHub gives you action. Procurement teams today aren’t short on supplier names—they’re short on time, insight, and operational leverage. EvaluationsHub fills that gap with a system that runs evaluations for you, tracks results, and keeps everyone accountable.
So if you’re ready to move from static supplier lists to living performance ecosystems, it’s time to give EvaluationsHub a try.

User-Friendly Platform: Its no-code setup allows users to easily create evaluations and manage feedback without technical expertise.
Actionable Insights: Provides data-driven reports that facilitate informed decision-making processes based on collected feedback.
Simplified Supplier Engagement: The dedicated supplier portal offers a specific interface for suppliers to interact efficiently with the platform’s functionalities.
Cost-effective model: A potential pricing model of “3€/managed customer/supplier” suggests affordability compared to high-cost enterprise suites.
User Experience & Security Considerations
The user experience is crucial when selecting an evaluation platform. EvaluationsHub prioritizes ease of use through its intuitive interface that requires no coding skills. Additionally, its commitment towards GDPR compliance underscores robust security measures ensuring data privacy—a critical factor in today’s regulatory landscape.
In contrast, Graphite Connect offers standard user interfaces but lacks advanced customization options found in EvaluationsHub’s white-labeling capability which allows businesses to brand their platforms according to company guidelines.
Pricing & Trial Options
A significant advantage offered by Evaluation Hub includes free trials or versions enabling potential customers low-barrier access before committing financially—an attractive proposition especially for small-to-medium enterprises looking to test functionalities firsthand without upfront costs involved initially.
GraphiteConnect does not provide similar flexible entry points making it less appealing particularly for budget-conscious organizations exploring new solutions within constrained financial frameworks.
Conclusion
This comparison highlights how both platforms cater differently depending on specific organizational requirements; however, EvaluationsHub emerges as amore versatile choice given its extensive feature set coupled with competitive pricing models and superior integration capabilities—all contributing factors towards enhanced operational efficiency and strategic growth opportunities long-term.
EvaluationsHub publishes this comparison, so treat it as an interested party’s account and check the links. The short version
These two overlap more than most pairs on this site. Both are European SRM platforms with weighted supplier scorecards, sustainability criteria inside the score, and corrective actions attached to the result. The honest differences are narrower and more specific than either marketing site suggests.
Kodiak Hub’s distinguishing strength is that third-party risk intelligence is built into the product as modules rather than something you contract separately. Ours is that the lifecycle starts earlier, at intake and RFx, and that the review cadence itself is the product.
What Kodiak Hub is
Kodiak Hub is a cloud-based supplier relationship management suite, founded in 2016 and headquartered in Stockholm, with offices in Gdansk, London, Munich and Boston. It was formerly called Kodiak Rating. Malin Schmidt is founder and CEO. It raised a Series A led by blq invest announced in April 2023, and further investment from Oxx. (Company, Series A, name change.)
Their homepage headline is "The SRM suite that makes you smarter" and they claim the category "Supplier Relationship Management Suite". (Source.)
They publish six platform modules, each with an internal codename: Goals and Procurement Strategy Management; Supplier Onboarding and Assessment; Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Monitoring; Supplier Performance Management; Supplier Collaboration and Innovation; and Supplier Audit Management. (Platform.)
Where Kodiak Hub is the stronger choice
This section is honest, because the rest of the page is worth nothing otherwise.
Third-party risk intelligence is built in, not contracted separately. This is their clearest advantage. Financial assessments and credit ratings, macro risk, sanctions and PEP screening, and adverse media monitoring are published as product modules rather than integrations you have to buy and wire up. If you want that on the supplier record without signing separate data contracts, that is a genuine reason to choose them. (Platform.)
An on-site audit application. Field audit capture inside the same platform as the scorecards is a capability plenty of SRM vendors do not offer. (Supplier Audit Management.)
Real scorecard depth. Their performance module publishes named dimensions across quality, delivery, commercial, collaboration and innovation, plus sustainability covering health and safety, labour and human rights, environmental management and ethics, and risk covering macro, financial, adverse media, sanctions and PEPs. Customisable KPIs and rating schemes, per-supplier targets, and benchmarking are all published. This is not a reporting veneer. (Supplier Performance Management, scorecards.)
Improvement is a first-class module. Corrective and preventive action schemes sit in their own module linked to performance data, so measurement connects to remediation inside one system. (Collaboration and Innovation.)
Named customer outcomes. They publish specific figures against named customers: Elfa at 58% fewer claims and a threefold faster qualification, HANZA at 400 admin hours saved per year and 50% faster supplier response cycles, MM Packaging unifying 53 plants, and HL Display reducing a supplier self-assessment cycle from 8 to 10 months down to 3 weeks. Published, attributed outcome figures are rarer in this category than they should be. (Case studies.)
Consistent usability scores. Ease of use and customer support both score highly on Capterra, and ease of use plus responsive support are the dominant positive themes on G2. Two independent platforms agreeing makes that credible rather than cherry-picked. (Capterra, G2.)
What EvaluationsHub is
EvaluationsHub is a full supplier lifecycle management platform. Two integrated products cover the lifecycle end to end, sharing one supplier record, one permission model and one reporting layer rather than sitting next to each other and exchanging files.

That is the whole lifecycle in one platform: intake, sourcing, award, onboarding, performance, risk, compliance, corrective action and review. Four design decisions matter in a comparison like this one.

Scoring, reminders, escalation, CAPA recurrence and document collection are included in every deployment rather than sold as automation add-ons. Choose Kodiak Hub if
You want credit, sanctions, PEP and adverse media intelligence supplied by the vendor rather than contracted separately.
On-site supplier audits must be captured in the field, in the same system as the scorecards.
Your existing source-to-pay stack is Coupa or SAP Ariba, the two systems they name.
You are buying on usability above all, and want a shortlist that scores consistently well on that across independent review sites.
You want a Nordic-headquartered vendor with published, named customer outcome figures you can reference.
Choose EvaluationsHub if
The programme starts before the supplier does, and you want intake, RFx, qualification and awarding in the same platform as the scorecard that follows.
The review loop is the point: recurrence, reminders, escalation, and corrective actions that actually close.
Several functions need to score the same supplier and you want one comparable result rather than one buyer’s opinion.
You need a named ERP integration path, or a native SAP connector, evidenced before you sign.
You are chasing value leakage and contract drift, and want obligations checked against what suppliers actually delivered.
EU data residency has to be explicit, with ISO 27001 and hosting you can name in a security review.
What we cannot tell you
How Kodiak Hub prices. They publish no pricing page and their pricing URL returns a 404, so you will have to ask them.
Which ERPs they integrate with. They describe a bring-your-own-license approach, custom API integrations and plug-and-play functionality, but publish no named ERP list. Ask for one.
Which providers sit behind their risk modules. The market intelligence sources are described but not named.
Their implementation methodology or typical duration by scope. They publish speed claims but no phase model or project plan.
How their software feels in practice. We have read their documentation. We have not run it, and we will not characterise software we have not used.
Where that leaves you
If the reason you are looking is that nobody has a current view of supplier credit, sanctions exposure or adverse media, Kodiak Hub sells that as part of the product and we do not. That is a real reason to pick them and we would rather say so.
If the reason is that sourcing, onboarding and performance live in three different places, that nothing escalates, and that only one person’s opinion ends up in the score, the lifecycle we run is built for exactly that, and it starts at intake rather than at the scorecard.
