Yes. Each product has its own per-supplier rate. At 50 suppliers you pay 50 × €3.00 for EvaluationsHub and, if you use it, 50 × €3.00 for InitiativesHub. You can subscribe to one or both independently.
Yes. Automated scoring, CAPA workflows, recurrence scheduling, notifications and document collection are fully included in every paid plan. Eva AI adds a cross-checking layer on top, it is not required for automation to work.
Eva AI is an optional add-on starting at €5.00/supplier/month, and it follows the same volume discount curve as the core products, so the effective rate steps down to €4.58, €3.67 and €3.33 as your supplier count grows. It cross-checks contract obligations against live performance, with your approval required before any action.
Yes. As your supplier count crosses a tier threshold, the lower rate applies to all suppliers automatically. No manual adjustment or negotiation required.
Enterprise applies from 500+ suppliers. It uses the same €1,100/month platform fee floor and unlocks your custom ERP or tech stack integrations, SSO and multi-entity management, on top of the per-supplier PAYG rate.
Yes. It works as a fully standalone platform, import your supplier list via CSV, connect via email, and run the entire SRM cycle from day one. No ERP required.
