Yes. Automated scoring, CAPA workflows, recurrence scheduling, notifications and document collection are fully included in every paid plan. Eva AI adds a cross-checking layer on top — it is not required for automation to work.

Yes. As your supplier count crosses a tier threshold, the lower rate applies to all suppliers automatically. No manual adjustment or negotiation required.
