Oracle add-on

Supplier performance management for Oracle Fusion, EBS and NetSuite

Keep Oracle as the system of record. Add EvaluationsHub where quality, operations and project teams rate suppliers on a regular cycle, suppliers see their scorecard, and corrective actions get closed.

Short answer: Oracle offers supplier qualification questionnaires and internal surveys in Fusion, performance evaluation in EBS Supplier Lifecycle Management, and transaction-based vendor scorecards in NetSuite. EvaluationsHub adds a recurring, segment-based evaluation cycle with a supplier portal, CAPA and QBRs.

Oracle keeps the transactions. EvaluationsHub adds the people, the judgement and the follow-up, and shares them with the teams and suppliers who act on them.

What Oracle already does

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement. Supplier Qualification Management supports questionnaires and internal surveys on suppliers, used mainly for qualification and assessments.
  • Oracle E-Business Suite. Supplier Lifecycle Management documents performance evaluation through questionnaires sent to internal evaluators.
  • NetSuite. The vendor scorecard and vendor delivery performance scores are based on transactions such as on-time delivery, defects and cost.

If these cover your process, you may not need more.

Where teams add EvaluationsHub

Need Oracle on its own With EvaluationsHub
Recurring evaluation cycle per segment Possible, but built around qualification or ad hoc surveys Scheduled cycles with methods per segment
Ratings from people who are not Oracle users Limited Internal stakeholders invited to rate
Supplier-facing scorecard Not standard Supplier portal with scorecard and actions
Corrective actions after a poor score Separate process CAPA workflow linked to the score
QBR preparation Manual Built from the scorecard

How it connects

  • REST API: push supplier master data and transaction KPIs in, pull scores and action status out.
  • Scheduled CSV import and export: the quickest start, no integration project needed.
  • Integration platforms: Zapier, Make or Microsoft Power Automate, calling the same API.
  • Reporting: Power BI on top of the scores, next to your ERP reports.

Which method fits depends on your landscape. We agree the data fields and the direction of each flow with your IT team during onboarding.

A typical rollout

  1. Week 1: suppliers in. Export the active supplier list from Oracle (or connect the API) and segment it: strategic, critical, tail.
  2. Week 2: methods. Pick an evaluation method per segment and invite the internal raters who actually work with each supplier.
  3. Week 3–4: first cycle. Run the first evaluation, publish scorecards to suppliers and open corrective actions where scores fall short.
  4. After that: connect. Add transaction KPIs from Oracle and send scores back so buyers see them where they already work.

Questions buyers ask

Do you have a prebuilt Oracle or NetSuite connector?

No. We connect through the REST API, CSV exchange or an integration platform.

Which Oracle products does this cover?

Fusion Cloud Procurement, E-Business Suite and NetSuite. The layer pattern is the same; the data export differs.

Do we keep NetSuite vendor scorecards?

Yes. Transaction KPIs can feed into the EvaluationsHub scorecard alongside stakeholder ratings.
