Work directly with the CEO to drive execution across product, commercial and operations. Own strategic projects, coordinate cross-functional priorities and translate company direction into operational reality. This is a high-trust, high-impact role — not a coordinator position. Requires senior experience in a B2B SaaS or procurement technology environment.
Partnerships 1
Head of Partnerships
Build and manage the EvaluationsHub partner ecosystem — procurement consultancies, ERP resellers, system integrators and technology alliances. We have established integrations with SAP and Salesforce and active relationships with partner networks. This role owns the channel strategy and drives partner-sourced revenue at scale. Experience with SAP, Coupa or procurement technology partner programmes strongly preferred.
Commercial 4
Account Executive — Enterprise
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first CPO conversation to signed contract. Engage complex procurement organisations with multiple stakeholders. Strong track record closing enterprise SaaS into procurement, supply chain or ERP buying centres required.
Account Executive — Mid-Market
Drive new business with mid-market procurement teams managing 30–500 suppliers. Run a consultative, high-velocity pipeline from outbound through to close. Ability to engage procurement managers and finance stakeholders simultaneously is essential.
Account Executive — DACH
Lead commercial development across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Work directly with procurement directors and CPOs in manufacturing, chemicals and industrial sectors. Fluency in German required. Strong understanding of DACH procurement culture expected.
Account Executive — Benelux
Drive new business across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage. Experience engaging procurement leadership in Benelux manufacturing, chemicals or logistics preferred.
Customer Success 2
Customer Success Manager
Manage post-sale relationships with enterprise procurement accounts. Drive adoption, lead QBRs, coordinate white glove onboarding and ensure customers achieve measurable supplier performance outcomes. Procurement or supply chain SaaS experience strongly preferred.
Implementation & Onboarding Specialist
Own white glove onboarding delivery for new enterprise accounts. Configure EvaluationsHub around each customer's procurement process — scorecards, KPI frameworks, CAPA rules and workflow automation. Requires a structured approach and comfort working directly with CPOs and procurement managers.
Engineering 2
Full Stack Engineer — Custom Integrations
EvaluationsHub already has native integrations with SAP and Salesforce, plus AWS AppFlow, Zapier and Make connectors. This role builds the next generation: custom ERP/CRM connectors (Dynamics, Coupa, Ariba, Navision), complex data mapping pipelines and enterprise-specific integration workflows for large accounts. Strong experience with REST API architecture, OAuth flows, webhooks and enterprise data formats required. Node.js or Python backend. React frontend.
AI Engineer — Eva AI
Eva AI is live and in production. This role expands its capabilities: deeper contract analysis, more accurate performance anomaly detection, new CAPA recommendation models and cost reduction signal generation across large supplier portfolios. Strong background in LLM application development, RAG architectures, evaluation frameworks and production AI systems required. Experience with procurement, supply chain or contract data is a significant advantage.
Research & Product 1
Project Manager — ERCULES (Erasmus+)
Lead delivery and partner coordination for the ERCULES Erasmus+ research grant. Interface between academic partners, the product team and EU programme stakeholders. Experience in EU-funded project management required. Procurement or supply chain research background is a strong advantage.
