In EvaluationsHub, an “account” is essentially the external account (mostly B2B customer organization or supplier organization).
The account represents a separate organization for which we can manage its evaluations, feedback, project workflows, and associated tasks seperately. Each external account operates independently in terms of its data, evaluations, users, and permissions, offering a tailored experience for the specific business.
The number of users and seats are unlimited. It also helps when it comes to the adoption of the system. Who wants to pay for those users who only need the platform a few times a year?
The pricing is set as low as possible, and you can start with only one business unit. There are no buckets of business units you should add. For example, if you want seven business units spread over different key account customers, you add seven. If you want to add 36, then you can select 36. This freedom avoids that you have unused accounts in the system.
No, there is an unlimited number of users allowed to the system for both your organization and those of your external accounts. The external users will be able to collaborate in your custom portal if you want at no extra charge.
Yes, we are happy to offer you volume discounts when you add more accounts to your subscription. The discount plan can be found when you select more business units to your subscription. We grow together with you.

EvaluationsHub is designed with a strong emphasis on security to ensure the protection of both application functionality and customer data.
Built on AWS, it leverages industry-leading security services, including AWS Web Application Firewall (WAF) for protection against common web exploits, and AWS GuardDuty for intelligent threat detection. All sensitive customer data is stored securely, with the platform maintaining compliance with privacy and data protection standards, including the upcoming ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications. The application uses end-to-end encryption, ensuring that all data in transit is safeguarded against interception. Additionally, multi-tenancy architecture is implemented with each managed account kept isolated from others, limiting the risk of cross-account data exposure.
Users are required to authenticate through secure login protocols, and role-based access controls (RBAC) are enforced to restrict permissions based on user roles, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access sensitive information. Regular security audits and penetration testing are carried out to identify and rectify vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
The backend is designed with robust security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and monitoring systems, while AWS’s dedicated security tools enable a continuous assessment of potential risks and threats. In addition to these technical measures, the platform offers users access to security documentation and an integrated helpdesk for assistance with compliance and best practices. EvaluationsHub natively integrates with Salesforce and SAP. EvaluationsHub is even an official SAP partner. We also integrate with Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Netsuite, and all the major CRM and ERP systems. The integrations with ERP systems are part of the enterprise package.
Yes, EvaluationsHub is designed so that the consulting firm you are working with can get a moderator role in the system. The consulting firm can be added free of charge and get the same user experience as your firm. You can select the level of responsibilities you allow your consultant.
We are driven by making your onboarding process as easy as possible. We practice what we preach on customer-centricity.
EvaluationsHub is owned by Vockam SAS and has strong financials. Moreover, the scaleup company is making profit for the second year in a row. We are not burning cash for growth.
Payment and Billing
The price is per month and is paid per month or annually, and the payment is made via your company credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Discover, or debit cards). The financial transaction is secured via Stripe, so we don’t hold your credit card details. These are stored in Stripe. Click this Link if you want to learn more about the security at Stripe.
You can stop the subscription at any time. You can do this via the menu option subscriptions in the application, or via the central domain www.evaluationshub.co. Click cancel my subscription and your account will be closed. We can even help you with migrating your data. We are never locking you in.
You will receive an invoice right after making the transaction. You will also find this invoice in your subscription menu in the application.
