These two overlap more than most pairs on this site. Both are European SRM platforms with weighted supplier scorecards, sustainability criteria inside the score, and corrective actions attached to the result. The honest differences are narrower and more specific than either marketing site suggests.<\/p>\n

Kodiak Hub’s distinguishing strength is that third-party risk intelligence is built into the product as modules rather than something you contract separately. Ours is that the lifecycle starts earlier, at intake and RFx, and that the review cadence itself is the product.<\/p>\n

What Kodiak Hub is<\/h2>\n

Kodiak Hub is a cloud-based supplier relationship management suite, founded in 2016 and headquartered in Stockholm, with offices in Gdansk, London, Munich and Boston. It was formerly called Kodiak Rating. Malin Schmidt is founder and CEO. It raised a Series A led by blq invest announced in April 2023, and further investment from Oxx. Their homepage headline is "The SRM suite that makes you smarter" and they claim the category "Supplier Relationship Management Suite". (Source<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

They publish six platform modules, each with an internal codename: Goals and Procurement Strategy Management; Supplier Onboarding and Assessment; Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Monitoring; Supplier Performance Management; Supplier Collaboration and Innovation; and Supplier Audit Management. Where Kodiak Hub is the stronger choice<\/h2>\n

This section is honest, because the rest of the page is worth nothing otherwise.<\/p>\n

Third-party risk intelligence is built in, not contracted separately.<\/strong> This is their clearest advantage. Financial assessments and credit ratings, macro risk, sanctions and PEP screening, and adverse media monitoring are published as product modules rather than integrations you have to buy and wire up. If you want that on the supplier record without signing separate data contracts, that is a genuine reason to choose them. (Platform<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

An on-site audit application.<\/strong> Field audit capture inside the same platform as the scorecards is a capability plenty of SRM vendors do not offer. (Supplier Audit Management<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

Real scorecard depth.<\/strong> Their performance module publishes named dimensions across quality, delivery, commercial, collaboration and innovation, plus sustainability covering health and safety, labour and human rights, environmental management and ethics, and risk covering macro, financial, adverse media, sanctions and PEPs. Improvement is a first-class module.<\/strong> Corrective and preventive action schemes sit in their own module linked to performance data, so measurement connects to remediation inside one system. (Collaboration and Innovation<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

Named customer outcomes.<\/strong> They publish specific figures against named customers: Elfa at 58% fewer claims and a threefold faster qualification, HANZA at 400 admin hours saved per year and 50% faster supplier response cycles, MM Packaging unifying 53 plants, and HL Display reducing a supplier self-assessment cycle from 8 to 10 months down to 3 weeks. Standalone or layered, your choice.<\/strong> No ERP is required. Import your supplier list and run the full lifecycle, or layer it on SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or Coupa with bidirectional sync and no duplicate entry. You do not need a master data programme to finish before you can start measuring performance, and most teams run their first evaluation cycle in three to four weeks with their own suppliers and data.<\/p>\n
