If you do not accept all of these Terms, then you may not use our platform\r\n        and services. In these terms, \"we\", \"us\", \"our\" and \"EvaluationsHub\" refers to EvaluationsHub and \"you\" and \u201cyour\" refers to\r\n        you, the user of EvaluationsHub.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        The following terms and conditions apply to the platform and services offered by EvaluationsHub. This includes the\r\n        mobile and tablet versions as well as any other version of EvaluationsHub accessible via desktop, mobile, tablet,\r\n        social media or other devices.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING, USING OR OBTAINING ANY MATERIALS,\r\n        INFORMATION OR SERVICES.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>1. Eligibility<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        You may use the platform only in compliance with these terms and all applicable local, state, national, and\r\n        international laws, rules, and regulations.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        Use of the Services is available to all ages. In the case of minors, it is the responsibility of parents and\r\n        legal guardians to determine whether use of the platform or any of the content and functionality available\r\n        in the services and packages is appropriate for their child or minor in custody. EvaluationsHub reserves the right\r\n        to make the necessary checks during the registration process.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful; and that\r\n        your use of the platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation. EvaluationsHub may, in its sole\r\n        discretion, refuse to offer the platform and services to any user and change its eligibility criteria at any\r\n        time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the service and the platform is\r\n        revoked in such jurisdictions.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        By providing EvaluationsHub with your email address and phone number you consent to our use of your email address to\r\n        send you notices about the platform and services. We may also use your email address and phone number to\r\n        send you notifications and other messages, such as changes to service features, news, and special content.\r\n        If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out of receiving them by sending us your withdrawal\r\n        request via the contact information or by using the \"unsubscribe\" option in the emails or mobile\r\n        notifications. Opting out may prevent you from receiving emails about updates, news or special content.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        By using the platform and services, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power and\r\n        authority to enter into these terms and to fully perform all of your obligations hereunder. You further\r\n        represent and warrant that you are under no legal disability or contractual restriction that prevents you\r\n        from entering into these terms.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>2. Account<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        When registering on the platform, the user must choose a password and may be asked for additional\r\n        information, such as email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality\r\n        of your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your\r\n        password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify EvaluationsHub of any unauthorized use of your password or\r\n        account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each\r\n        session. You may never use another user's account without EvaluationsHub\u2019 prior authorization. EvaluationsHub will not be\r\n        liable for any loss or damage arising from your breach of this agreement.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        By registering and using the platform, users authorize EvaluationsHub and EvaluationsHub to use the logo of the user's\r\n        company through our banners, slides and websites, with the sole and exclusive purpose of promoting the\r\n        platform and for marketing purposes.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        Users may cancel their accounts at any time and for any reason by following the instructions on the platform\r\n        or by sending us their request through our contact information. Such cancellation will only result in the\r\n        deletion of the account and the deletion of all personal data transferred to EvaluationsHub.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        EvaluationsHub reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice, and\r\n        without liability to you, if EvaluationsHub believes that you have breached any of these terms, provided EvaluationsHub with\r\n        false or misleading information, or interfered with other users' use of the Platform or the Service.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>3. Please check the price and features of the packages before placing an\r\n        order.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        We may calculate taxes payable by you based on the billing information that you provide us at the time of\r\n        purchase. You are responsible for all charges related to using the purchased Service (for example, data\r\n        charges and currency exchange settlements).\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        EvaluationsHub reserves the right to change its prices at any time, however, if we have offered a specific duration\r\n        and Fee for your use of the Service, we agree that the Fee will remain in force for that duration. After the\r\n        offer period ends, your use of the Service will be charged at the then-current Fee(s). If you don't agree to\r\n        these changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel via email to sales@EvaluationsHub.com (with cancellation\r\n        confirmation from a EvaluationsHub representative). If you cancel, your Service ends at the end of your current\r\n        Service period or payment period, and no refunds for previously paid services will be issued.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        If you do not cancel in accordance with these Terms, the subscription for the Service will automatically\r\n        renew at the then-current price and term length for the next subscription period. We will charge your credit\r\n        card on file with us on the first day of the renewal of the subscription period.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        When a user places an order, EvaluationsHub will send an email for confirmation. This confirmation email will be\r\n        produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of payment and initiation of the package. If you do\r\n        not receive the email, it is possible that the email has been sent to your spam folder.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        EvaluationsHub may cancel any sales and not provide the packages and may change or discontinue the availability of\r\n        the packages at any time in its sole discretion. If a purchase is cancelled, any payment made for the\r\n        package will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        Packages may include automatic recurring payments. You authorize EvaluationsHub to renew your package and to charge\r\n        you periodically and progressively. The package billing date is the date you make your first payment. Your\r\n        account will be automatically charged on the package billing date with all applicable fees for the next\r\n        package period. The package will continue until you cancel your package or we terminate it. You must cancel\r\n        your package before it renews to avoid the next billing period. We will bill the recurring package fee to\r\n        the payment method you provide during enrolment.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        Packages will automatically renew for an additional period unless cancelled before the next payment.\r\n        Cancelled accounts will immediately lose access to the website's payment features.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>4. Payments<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        Services and packages will be paid via Stripe or bank transfer (platforms and payment methods available on\r\n        the website). Packages will be activated once the payment and registration process is completed. Payment\r\n        will be charged to your credit\/debit card immediately after placing the order for the package you have\r\n        purchased. Once the transaction has been processed, we will send you an electronic receipt of the\r\n        transaction to the email address you provide.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        If you find any inconsistency in your billing, please contact us through our contact information or you can\r\n        make the claim through the customer service of the corresponding payment platform.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no\r\n        order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank\r\n        withdraws the authorization. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Your card may be declined for various\r\n        reasons such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or you have entered an\r\n        incorrect security code.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method or provide another card where\r\n        payment can be charged and processed.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded securely and for the sole purpose of processing the\r\n        purchase of packages. EvaluationsHub reserves the right to contract any payment platform available on the market,\r\n        which treats your data for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of packages.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>5. Ownership and Licenses<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        The ownership rights of the platform and the methods used on it belong exclusively to SASU - EvaluationsHub. Any\r\n        physical or virtual exposure of the methods used on the platform may give rise to violations of the\r\n        intellectual property rights of SAS - EvaluationsHub.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        EvaluationsHub gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the\r\n        software (platform) provided to you by EvaluationsHub as part of the services. This license is for the sole purpose\r\n        of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the services as provided by EvaluationsHub, in the manner permitted\r\n        by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included\r\n        software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws\r\n        prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        The user agrees not to use the platform and the services negligently, for fraudulent purposes or in an\r\n        unlawful manner. Likewise, the user agrees not to partake in any conduct or action that could damage the\r\n        image, interests or rights of the EvaluationsHub platform or third parties.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        EvaluationsHub reserves the right to terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, and without\r\n        liability to you, if EvaluationsHub believes that you have violated any of these terms or interfered with the use of\r\n        the platform or service by others.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<p>Net Promoter, NPS, and Net Promoter Score are trademarks of Satmetrix Systems, Inc., Bain & Company, and Fred Reichheld.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>6. Disclaimer<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        By purchasing the packages and accessing and using the functionalities available on the platform, you accept\r\n        personal responsibility for the results of the use of the platform. You agree that EvaluationsHub has not guaranteed\r\n        the results of any action taken, whether or not advised by this platform or the content available on the\r\n        website. EvaluationsHub provides resources and content that have been shared by other users for educational purposes\r\n        only. However, you acknowledge that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts\r\n        and actions, your particular situation and a number of other circumstances that are beyond the control of\r\n        EvaluationsHub. Your use of the platform is at your own risk and responsibility.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>7. Copyright<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        All materials on EvaluationsHub, including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, images, text, columns,\r\n        graphics, videos, photographs, illustrations, software and other elements are protected by copyrights,\r\n        trademarks and\/or other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by EvaluationsHub or by third parties that\r\n        have licensed or otherwise provided their material to the platform. You acknowledge and agree that all\r\n        Materials on EvaluationsHub are made available for limited, non-commercial, personal use only. Except as\r\n        specifically provided herein. No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, downloaded, posted,\r\n        transmitted, or distributed in any way, or otherwise used for any purpose, by any person or entity, without\r\n        EvaluationsHub prior express written permission. You may not add, delete, distort, or otherwise modify the material.\r\n        Any unauthorized attempt to modify any material, to defeat or circumvent any security features, or to\r\n        utilize EvaluationsHub or any part of the material for any purpose other than its intended purposes is strictly\r\n        prohibited.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>8. Copyright Infringement (Digital Millennium Copyright Act)<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        EvaluationsHub will respond to all inquiries, complaints and claims regarding alleged infringement for failure to\r\n        comply with or violation of the provisions contained in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. EvaluationsHub\r\n        respects the intellectual property of others, and expects users to do the same. EvaluationsHub is not responsible for the accuracy, safety or legality of the content or information you\r\n        provide through the platform. Users are solely and exclusively responsible for their content and the\r\n        consequences of providing content and information through the platform and services. By providing content\r\n        through the platform, you grant EvaluationsHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid right and license to host,\r\n        store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, publish, modify and display your content through the platform\r\n        and services.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>12. User content Representations and Warranties<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        EvaluationsHub disclaims all liability in connection with the content and information that users provide through the\r\n        platform. Users are solely responsible for their content and the information you provide through the\r\n        platform. By providing content and information through the service and the platform, you affirm, represent\r\n        and warrant that:\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>a)<\/span> You are the creator and owner of the user content, or have the necessary licenses, rights,\r\n        consents, and permissions to authorize EvaluationsHub and users of the service to use and distribute your user\r\n        content as necessary to exercise the licenses granted by you in this section, in the manner contemplated by\r\n        EvaluationsHub, the service, and these Terms.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>b)<\/span> Your user content, and the use of your user content as contemplated by these Terms, does not\r\n        and will not: (i) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third party right, including any copyright,\r\n        trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual\r\n        property or proprietary right; (ii) slander, defame, libel, or invade the right of privacy, publicity or\r\n        other property rights of any other person; or (iii) cause EvaluationsHub to violate any law or regulation.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>c)<\/span> Your user content could not be deemed by a reasonable person to be objectionable, profane,\r\n        indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>d)<\/span> Your user content does not and will not contain hateful content, a threat of physical harm,\r\n        or harassment.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>13. User content disclaimer<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        EvaluationsHub may, at any time and without prior notice, screen, remove, edit, or block any user content that in\r\n        our sole judgment violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. You understand that when using the\r\n        application, you will be exposed to user content from a variety of sources and acknowledge that user content\r\n        may be inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree to waive, and do waive, any legal or\r\n        equitable right or remedy you have or may have against EvaluationsHub with respect to user content. If notified by a\r\n        user or content owner that user content allegedly does not conform to these Terms, we may investigate the\r\n        allegation and determine in our sole discretion whether to remove the user content, which we reserve the\r\n        right to do at any time and without notice. For clarity, EvaluationsHub does not permit copyright-infringing\r\n        activities on the service.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        You acknowledge and agree that EvaluationsHub reserves the right to, and may from time to time, monitor any and all\r\n        information transmitted or received through the service for operational and other purposes. During monitoring, information may be\r\n        examined in accordance with our Privacy Policy.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>14. Accuracy and timelines of information<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        We do not guarantee that the information available on the platform is accurate, complete or updated. The\r\n        content of this platform is provided for general information and should not be taken as a professional\r\n        advice. Any use of the material provided on this platform is at your own risk.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>15. Electronic Communication<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        No responsibility will be accepted by EvaluationsHub for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any\r\n        computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures,\r\n        connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet accessibility or\r\n        availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorized human act, including any errors or mistakes.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>17. Changes and Termination<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        We may update the platform and these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, by email.\r\nBy continuing to use the platform after such changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms. Integration clause<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        This Agreement together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by EvaluationsHub, shall\r\n        constitute the entire agreement between you and EvaluationsHub concerning and governs your use of the platform.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>20. Disputes<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        The user agrees that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms and\r\n        conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof or the use of the\r\n        platform, shall be resolved by binding arbitration between the user and EvaluationsHub, provided that each party\r\n        retains the right to bring an individual action in a court of competent jurisdiction.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        In the event a dispute arises in connection with the products and services offered through the platform or\r\n        the breach of these terms and conditions, the parties agree to submit their dispute to arbitration\r\n        resolution before a reputable arbitration organization as mutually agreed by the parties and in accordance\r\n        with applicable commercial arbitration rules.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        You agree to initiate a formal dispute proceeding by sending us a communication through our contact\r\n        information. EvaluationsHub may choose to send you a written offer after receiving your initial communication. If we\r\n        offer and send you a settlement offer and you do not accept the offer, or we are unable to resolve your\r\n        dispute satisfactorily and you wish to continue with the dispute process, you must initiate the dispute\r\n        resolution process before an accredited arbitration organization and file a separate Demand for Arbitration.\r\n        Any award rendered by the arbitration tribunal shall be final and conclusive on the parties.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not file, join or participate in any class\r\n        action lawsuit in connection with any claim, dispute or controversy that may arise in connection with your\r\n        use of the Platform.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>21. Service Level Agreement (SLA)<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>a)<\/span> EvaluationsHub will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.9% uptime for the service,\r\n        excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>b)<\/span> In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, the sole remedy available to you will be\r\n        service credits applied to your account. No monetary compensation will be provided.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>22. Data Ownership and Portability<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>a)<\/span> You retain ownership of all data you upload to EvaluationsHub. EvaluationsHub does not claim\r\n        ownership of your supplier or customer data.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>b)<\/span> Upon termination, you may request a data export in a commonly used format within 30 days.\r\n        After this period, EvaluationsHub may permanently delete your data.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>23. Data Security and Compliance<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>a)<\/span> EvaluationsHub implements industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit\r\n        and at rest.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>b)<\/span> EvaluationsHub complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Breach notifications\r\n        will be provided within legally required timelines.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>24. Limitation of Liability<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>a)<\/span> EvaluationsHub\u2019s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the\r\n        service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>b)<\/span> EvaluationsHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including\r\n        loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>25. Verification of Users<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>a)<\/span> You are solely responsible for verifying the identity and email addresses of any suppliers,\r\n        customers, or third parties you invite or interact with through the service.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>b)<\/span> EvaluationsHub assumes no responsibility or liability for fraudulent or unauthorized access\r\n        resulting from your failure to verify user identities.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution<\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>a)<\/span> These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the\r\n        courts of Paris, France.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n        <span>b)<\/span> Parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"listBoxMain mt-5\">\r\n    <h4>27.
